iOS 11.0 (15A5304i): AirDrop settings popover is sideways

Summary:
The AirDrop settings popover in the new Control Center is sideways when the iPad is in landscape orientation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on and unlock iPad.
2. Slide up from the bottom to show Control Center.
3. Tap the AirDrop icon to show the AirDrop settings action sheet popover.

Expected Results:
Action sheet appears in normal orientation.

Actual Results:
Action sheet appears rotated 90° to the left, although its arrow is pointing at the right spot.

Duped to internal radar, now also closed. This was resolved in iOS 11 beta 3.
