Unable To Tap Actionable Items In Local Notification

Summary:
- Issue observed on iPhone 5 with iOS 10.1.1
- Unable to observe the issue on different device - iPhone6 with same iOS - iOS 10.1.1
- Attached video for the scenario when the issue is observed and noticed that tapping "Answer with Audio" OR "Answer with Video" is actually just dismissing the notification. The "tap" action is not getting performed.
- Also, please notice the difference in banner notification UI on same iOS (10.1.1) but different devices (iPhone 5 & iPhone 6) in the attached snapshots.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. User A makes audio call to B
2. User B application in background, user tap on incoming notification


Expected Results:
User B should be able to answer, when user taps on incoming notification and application in background


Actual Results:
When user taps on incoming notification noting happen and notification disappear

iOS 10.1.1, iOS 10.2.1

Both - iPhone 5 & iPhone 6 are using the same build of iOS - iOS 10.1.1 and same build of the application.
