Remote Desktop Client 3.9 update: Keychain prompt after install of client

Status:Resolved Resolved:3/22/2017
Product:macOS Product Version:Mac OS X 10.12.3 (16D32)
Classification:UI/Usability Reproducible:Always

Summary:
After installing the ARDClient 3.9 update via SUS and a 3.9 Admin tries to connect or observe the client a Keychain prompt appears on the client. At that time the computer appears as "Offline" to the ARD Admin.
Attempting to dismiss it by clicking Cancel 10-12x only delays the issue. The prompt returns the next time the admin tries to connect or refresh the connection to the client.

Workarounds include:
1) Reboot the client computer
2) Issue the command `sudo /System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/Resources/kickstart -restart -agent` via means available (ssh, Terminal.app, etc.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Upgrade ARDClient 3.9 from 3.8 on a test client machine you previously had ARD access with Remote Management settings turned on.
2) Install ARD Admin 3.9 on an admin machine.
3) Connect to the client machine using the ARD Admin 3.9 software

Expected Results:
Normal control/observe/report functionality from the admin to the client.

Actual Results:
The client computer prompts for a keychain authorization of an unknown password. At that time the client becomes listed as "Offline" in ARD Admin and cannot be accessed.

Regression:
This was not an issue with ARD 3.8 client/admin.

Addressed in Client 3.9.2 update

Apple says this issue is resolved as of the 3.9.2 client update. I can confirm I have no issues with that update.

The App Store shows that the current offering of Apple Remote Desktop 3.9 was updated on February 21, 2017 -- the day of the original release. My bug reports clearly states that using ARD Admin 3.9 is part of the issue so downloading the same application won't help in this case. I've already downloaded ARD Admin 3.9 on the 21st and that is when I started having issues with clients that were upgraded to 3.9 client.

This issue is not resolved yet.
