A magnifying glass that is shown over uitextfield is empty

I cannot see the text through the magnifying glass. The test app provided is the Action Extension. This issue arises only if the NSExtensionPointIdentifier is equal to com.apple.ui-services. Also this issue can only be replicated on iOS 10.
