Final Cut Pro X: Full Screen doesn't allow to switch to another app

The Final Cut Pro X "Full Screen" isn't really a full screen like we now it in other apps. It doesn't open in a separate space and to switch to another app one need to leave that fullscreen. This is really annoying and I consider it being a Usability bug.
